Mike
Donovan
Mike
is on a constant search for employment or a get-rich-quick
scheme. He lives with his girlfriend Veronica and their
talking dog Ellie May. Mike normally finds him self in crazy
situations and has to find his way out of them. With his
best buddy Fred, there is no shortage of stupid things to
do.

Veronica
Veronica is Mike's live in girlfriend. She can normally be
found pesting Mike to take out the garbage or do the dishes,
or more often then not... getting Mike out of trouble. She's
convinced Mike will eventually get a job and the two can settle
down and live happily ever after.

Ellie
Mae
Ellie is a dog that Mike bought from a street vendor because
she can talk. Mike's idea of using the dog as a tool to become
rich were dashed when Hollywood didn't want the dog. Ellie
May now stays with Veronica and Mike as their pet. Not only
can Ellie Mae talk, but is also very smart. She understands
the short comings of her new master, but sticks around to
get fed.

Fred
Fred is Mike's drinking buddy and close friend. Fred has a
good job at the lumber yard, but shares Mike's desire to get
rich quickly. Unlike Veronica, Fred is more likely to encourage
Mike into getting in trouble, rather then talk him out of
it. Fred may have some insight into life, but really is as
slow witted as his friend.
