lOST CERTIFICATION CARD

So, you've lost your certification card and want a replacement. First of all, don't worry, everybody loses their C-Card at some point in their dive career. It is a pretty simple process to get another one. UNLESS you need one today! As long as you have a month or so, no problem; maybe even a couple of days (rush charges apply)!

Replacement cards will run anywhere from $20.00 to $45.00, depending on the certification agency.

If you were certified with The Dive Locker, no problem. We have a copy of your card at the store as well as a picture. So we can send for the replacement and it will be back to you within 3 weeks! Just call Mike @ 508-775-1185 or e-mail at mike@capedivelocker.com

If you were certified with SSI but with another dive shop there is also no problem. We'll just take another picture, if needed, and send it to SSI for the same turn-around time (21 days).

If certified with another agency, you are still OK. It just takes a little more work than the ones listed above.
