Your First Aid / CPR Instructor's goal is to help you gain, or maintain, the core knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to provide effective emergency care until professional emergency medical care is available.
Additionally, whether you are a novice or experienced First Aid Provider, we want your Medic First Aid learning experience to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Your instructor will help you accomplish this goal by creating a relaxed, low stress atmosphere and by using positive coaching during skill practices.
Generally taught over 2 nights @ 4 hours each, although an all day course can be arranged. For re-training, the course is just one night for just over 3 hrs.

- Control of bleeding
